Another Anniversary
As of today, I’ve been completely smoke-free for two years.
Yay, me.
I still get cravings from time to time, but those are decreasing in frequency and intensity as time goes on. I’ve really and truly smoked my last cigarette. Thank goodness.
We’re heading home from Kalamazoo, Michigan today and now I’m taking a few days off from blogging. I know I’ve been MIA commenting the last few days (I’ve got over 120 posts in my reader), but promise to catch up with all of you and be a good blogging buddy this weekend.
In the meantime, have a safe and happy holiday, y’all.

Way to go Jan! I quit November 8th 2006. I had smoked 24 years and right before I quit I was smoking 2 packs. Was pretty tough for me to give up….and for awhile I felt like I lost a best friend. I know to non smokers that probably sounds pretty dumb. But I smoked during happy times, during stress, after eating, with my morning coffee…and no matter where I went I could find a group of smokers outside to smoke with…
You are home free now…After two years I thought about them occasionally…now I never do…in fact I am now a true blue non smoker! Congratulations Jan! Have a safe trip!
